inp.polri.go.id - Semarang. Central Java Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General Ahmad Luthfi reviewed the start of special vaccinations for children aged 6-12 years which was held at Bhayangkara Prof. Awaludin Jamin Hospital, Semarang, Thursday (12/16/21).
The vaccination event, which was also carried out simultaneously by all Resort Police in Central Java, was open to all levels of society. The type of vaccine given in this activity is Sinovac.
The Regional Police Chief emphasized that the target to be achieved is 1000 doses a day and the vaccination for children is the same as for adults, which is done two times. The interval for the second vaccination is 28 days after receiving the first vaccine.
Pol. Inspector-General Ahmad Luthfi said that the vaccine achievement in Central Java was quite encouraging. Specifically for the Semarang and Soloraya agglomerations, vaccinations exceed one hundred percent. "The achievement of Central Java Province also exceeded the national vaccine (target) achievement. For example, if the national vaccine is 70 percent, we are 74.27 (percent)," explained the Regional Police Chief.
