inp.polri.go.id - The North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda Sumut) has tightened supervision over the distribution of cooking oil and Crude Palm Oil (CPO), and has warned that there are elements who try to misappropriate it. This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Sumut, Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi, Sunday (22/05/22). The North Sumatra Police invites all people, especially the people of North Sumatra Province to support the strategic policies of President Joko Widodo. Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi said the reopening of cooking oil exports would certainly improve the welfare of oil palm farmers in North Sumatra in particular, and Indonesia in general. "Palm farmers are very grateful for this policy. Polda Sumut will continue to monitor and take firm action against irresponsible individuals or mafias who try to deviate the distribution of cooking oil," said the North Sumatran Police Intermediate Officer.
