Inp.polri.go.id - Puncak Jaya. The Damai Cartenz Police Task Force conducted a humanist patrol in Karubate District, Puncak Jaya Regency, Central Papua, on Wednesday (14/20/2026) to monitor public security and foster community relations.

During the patrol, officers interacted with residents, distributed snacks to children, and engaged in direct dialogue with local community members.

"Thank you to the Damai Cartenz Task Force for coming and giving us snacks. We are glad you greeted and paid attention to us," said Karubate District resident Sonerle Gurembe. "May God always protect all task force personnel in performing their duties."

Head of Damai Cartenz Task Force Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani said that officers must prioritize a humanistic approach and good communication to maintain security while strengthening positive ties with locals. 

Damai Cartenz Task Force Deputy Head Senior Superintendent Adarma Sinaga added that direct interaction remains vital for building trust and ensuring a peaceful, conducive environment across Central Papua.
