inp.polri.go.id - The National Police (Polri) Public Relations Division (Divisi Humas) won the Precision Award amidst the momentum of the 76th Bhayangkara Day. The award was given by the Indonesian Police Strategic Studies Institute (Lemkapi). The reason why Divisi Humas Polri won the award is because they are considered have succeed in strengthening their public communication. "We have come to express our appreciation for the performance of Divisi Humas Polri which is considered good in media services and coupled with continuous innovation in public communication so that the precise transformation of Polri is visible and is now felt by the public," explained Lemkapi Executive Director, Dr. Edi Hasibuan, Jakarta, Friday (1/7/22). The Executive Director of Lemkapi admitted that his institution carried out monitoring for three months on Divisi Humas Polri. "The results of our monitoring show that there are many activities from Divisi Humas Polri. The contents of their activities are aimed to strengthen the transparency of public communication in accordance with the National Police Chief's priority program," he explained. On that occasion, the Executive Director of Lemkapi hopes that the innovation and enthusiasm of Divisi Humas Polri in providing public information can be followed by the public relations personnel in the Regional Police ranks. "We ask all police public relations in the region to improve their performance in providing good information to the public," he continued. When accepting the award, the Head of Divisi Humas Polri, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo expressed his appreciation for the attention from the elements of society towards his staff. "We didn't expect that people would care about our performance," he admitted.
