inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Executive Director of DKI Bank, Agus Haryoto Widodo expressed his appreciation to the Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Agency for their quick response concerning IT issues.

“I was really grateful for the INP Criminal Investigation Agency for their quick response. As of now they are doing their investigation,” says Agus on Friday (4/11/2025).

According to Agus, concerning the issue of crashed server, there was no data leakage. In fact, customer funds remain safe and secure.

He said that since the incident, his party has immediately reported it to the police so that the problem can be handled immediately.

“As of now, we still have not received the latest update," he said.
