inp.polri.go.id -  The Head of East Java Police, Inspector General Toni Harmanto, along with the Military Commander Brawijaya V, Mayor General of TNI, Nmnurchahyanto and East Java Governor, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, visited the evacuation post of the people who fled from the hot ashes of Semeru, Monday (12/5). During their visit, they inspect a few things in the evacuation post and gave some provisions to the refugees of Semeru at two locations, the Penanggal Village Hall and Kajarkuning Village evacuation posts. “Our visit is to see firsthand the conditions of the people who fled from the hot ashes of Semeru and give our aids to them,” said the Head of East Java Police Public Relations, Commissioner Dirmanto, Monday (12/5). He then revealed there are 152 refugees at Penanggal Village Hall, which consist of 25 children and 127 adults. Those refugees are the people of Huntara Village and Penanggal Village.
