inp.polri.go.id - Surabaya. In the implementation of Operation Zebra 2021, the East Java Regional Police's Directorate of Traffic Security launched the Integrated Node Capture Attitude Record (INCAR) E-TLE (electronic traffic law enforcer) operational car. The high-tech car will patrol, targeting and register traffic violators in the East Java area. If there is a violation, officers can send people who have downloaded the application (electronic ticket), explained the East Java Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General Nico Afinta in the Good Morning Indonesia program on Metro TV, Tuesday (11/16/21). The INCAR E-TLE car was launched by the East Java Regional Police and was used for the first time in Indonesia. A total of 12 INCAR cars patrolled the East Java area to target traffic violators. The INCAR E-TLE has advanced technology because it has four surveillance cameras located on the top side of the car. The vehicle also has a CPU made by the East Java Regional Police, connected to a data centre. This car will record all violations automatically and is integrated with online ticket data. The data will be sent to violators along with the sanctions received. In addition, INCAR E-TLE will patrol for 24 hours to complete the role of the static E-TLE ticketing system.
