inp.polri.go.id - Lampung. Lampung Regional Police affirms their commitment in overseeing all stages of the 2024 Regional Head Elections (Pilkada), which have currently entered the vote counting process at the Sub-district Election Committee (PPK) level.

Lampung Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Helmy Santika says that his party has deployed personnel to secure every step of the election in the election.

“We ensure a thorough security for the election process at the PPK level. Our personnel are ready for 24 hours with shift systems to ensure that the safe and secure situation is maintained throughout the election process,” says Helmy on Friday (11/29/2024).

Helmy also said that not only security at the PPK location, intensive patrols were also carried out in vulnerable areas to prevent potential security disturbances. The Lampung Police are working together with the TNI to maximize security.

The Lampung Police Chief reminded all parties to maintain stability during the vote counting process.

The personnel of Lampung Regional Police also continue to coordinate with the General Election Commission and Election Supervisory Body to anticipate potential technical and non-technical obstacles that could hinder the smooth running of the vote recapitulation.
