inp.polri.go.id -  The South Sumatra Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate named four suspects of illegal gold mining at Bangkelang Village, Mandailing Natal. The Head of Public Relations of South Sumatra Police, Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi, said that the identification of the four suspect is the result of Special Criminal Investigation Directore effort in disclosing the case. “From the open case, four people have been determined as the suspect. Police have also confiscated the evidence,” said Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi, quoted from waspada.id, Tuesday (12/6). Four of them will be subjected to Article 158, Indonesian Law No. 3 of 2020, concerning amendments to Indonesian Law No. 4 of 2009 about mineral and coal mining.
