He explained that the regulation for the legal process postponement aimed at maintaining a favorable environment for the 2024 election. "It is true that there are instructions through this ST.  In order to maintain the elections favorable, we will postpone certain legal proceedings that it does not affect the interests of certain parties," the spokesperson said. The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and the General Election Commission (KPU) have called on the INP  to act wisely in responding to any complaints.  Legal process is often used as a tool for mutual attacks by election candidates.
