Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The Chief of the Indonesian National Police (INP), General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and the Chief of the Indonesian Military, General Agus Subiyanto, organized health and social service activities during their official visit to Jayapura, Papua, demonstrating their commitment to achieving peaceful elections. These health services, encompassing free general and dental check-ups, specialist consultations, medical examinations, laboratory tests, and eyeglass distribution, were provided at no cost to the community, benefiting approximately 1,000 people.
Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, Head of the INP Public Relations Division, emphasized the synergy between the police and the military in addressing community health needs. The objective was to strengthen connections with the public and collaborate to ensure a safe and peaceful 2024 election, as highlighted on Friday (8/12/2023). Both the INP Chief and the Indonesian Military Commander also distributed 1,000 relief kits to ease the burden on those in need during the ongoing national election preparations. General Sandi said, "This assistance aims to lighten the community's load, especially amid the current national situation leading up to the 2024 elections."
