Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) reaffirmed its commitment to a humanistic and procedural approach in facilitating public demonstrations in Jakarta on Wednesday (28/10/2026), prioritizing human rights, legality, and accountability.

"The INP works procedurally in the name of the law, is limited by the law, and holds full legal accountability," said INP Head of the Public Relations Division Inspector General Johnny Edison Isir.

The police strategy incorporates pre-emptive measures such as early detection and community collaboration, preventive actions including traffic management and patrols, and measured law enforcement when legal violations or safety threats occur.
