Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) conducted an official farewell and banner handover ceremony at the INP Headquarters on Friday (2/10/2026), marking the formal leadership transition to newly inaugurated INP Chief General Suyudi Ario Seto and INP Deputy Chief Commissioner General Wahyu Hadiningrat.

The ceremonial proceedings honored outgoing INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and former INP Deputy Chief General Dedi Prasetyo, attended by principal officers from INP Headquarters and regional police chiefs.

The event followed the official presidential inauguration at the State Palace on Thursday, when President Prabowo Subianto swore in General Suyudi Ario Seto.

Chief Suyudi previously served as Head of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), while General Wahyu formerly held the position of Chief Assistant for General Planning and Budgeting (Astamarena).

As part of broader state leadership realignment, General Sigit assumed office as Chief of the Presidential Staff, while General Dedi was appointed Head of the National Agrarian Reform Agency (BRAN).
