The Indonesian National Police (INP) hosted the "Polri untuk Masyarakat (the INP for Public)" awards ceremony at The Tribrata Grand Ballroom in South Jakarta on Tuesday (11/8/2026) as part of the 80th Bhayangkara Day commemorations under the theme "80 Years of Service, The INP for the Public."
"This initiative serves as a shared platform to unite achievements, innovations, and dedication resulting from direct collaboration between the police and all public elements," said INP Public Relations Division Head of Public Information Bureau Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko.
INP Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo presented awards across dozens of competition categories, including short stories, painting for people with disabilities, song creation, TikTok content, storytelling, photography, educational videos, infographics, journalistic articles, AI animation, and e-sports.
The event drew praise from Child Protection Commission (KPAI) Chair Dr. Aris Adi Leksono and National Child Protection Institute (LPAI) Expert Board Chair Prof. Seto Mulyadi, who praised the INP’s commitment to empowering youth, fostering child-friendly policing, and supporting the "Golden Indonesia 2045" vision.
