Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta.  The Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Agency has issued a wanted poster for Andre Fernando, alias "The Doctor," identified as a primary supplier for the Erwin Iskandar drug syndicate. 

The Directorate of Narcotics Crimes officially placed Andre on the Most Wanted List on Sunday, following investigations into his sophisticated smuggling methods involving land, sea, and cargo routes.

"The suspect utilizes Malaysian maritime routes via Dumai to distribute various narcotics, including meth and specialized vape cartridges containing etomidate," said Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, the Director of Narcoticcs Crimes, on Monday (2/3/2026), as reported by antaranews.com.

The 30-year-old entrepreneur from Central Jakarta reportedly concealed methamphetamine inside dolls and gift boxes to evade detection. Investigations revealed that "The Doctor" facilitated multiple high-volume transactions with Erwin, also known as Brother Erwin, while maintaining a vast distribution network across Riau. Authorities have released his physical description, including a height of 165 cm and a stocky build, urging the public to report any sightings to the dedicated police hotline at 081385277785.
