Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) officially launched a digital reporting service on Tuesday (14/4/2026), allowing citizens to file criminal complaints and loss reports online through the enhanced Polri Super App to improve public accessibility.
"The reinforcement of features within the Polri Super App is a strategic step to provide police services that are increasingly transparent, accountable, and easily accessible," said Deputy INP Chief Commissioner General Dedi Prasetyo during the launch in North Jakarta, as cited by antaranews.com.
This digital transformation enables the public to initiate reports via smartphones without physically visiting a station, significantly increasing administrative efficiency. Currently, the service is operational across the Jakarta Metropolitan, West Java, and Banten regional commands, with plans for a nationwide rollout following this initial phase.
The platform also introduces an integrated consultation engine featuring real-time video conferencing and live chat for immediate legal guidance. Every stage of the digital process is documented to ensure professional performance monitoring, reflecting Polri's commitment to modernizing its work culture through high-tech, responsive public service infrastructure.
