inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) postponed Operation Patuh 2026, originally scheduled to begin on June 8, 2026. The postponement is related to a series of Bhayangkara Day events.

"We have to postpone as we are now focused on Bhayangkara Day," explained the Head of the Traffic Corps of INP, Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho.

He also could not confirm how long the postponement would last. The Traffic Corps will still adjust the implementation schedule after the Bhayangkara Day series of events.

Previously, Operation Patuh 2026 was scheduled to run until June 21. This operation will take action against violators using the static ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement), handheld ETLE, static ETLE, drone ETLE (traffic control system), and manual ticketing.

Previous enforcement was planned to target areas where counter-flow drivers frequently engage in traffic violations. This is because accidents frequently occur due to these violations.
