Inp.polri.go.id – Central Sulawesi. The Indonesian National Police reports they have arrested another terrorist in Central Sulawesi linked to Jemaah Islamiyah (JI). The arrest makes the total number of terrorists arrested in Central Sulawesi to eight.

The Head of INP Public Information, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko explains that the eight suspects are G, DS, SK, A, MWDS, DK, H, and RS.

“Suspects are members of JI who served in various fields such as doctrine or da'wah, then financial treasurer, recruitment, and educational institutions,” said Trunoyudo on Friday (4/19/2024).

He further says that the alleged terrorists have also undergone physical training and even paramilitary training in Poso, Central Sulawesi.
