inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Corps, Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho, ensured that people affected by the fire in Kemayoran would receive assistance in processing various administrative documents lost or damaged in the disaster.
This was conveyed by him while reviewing the community service program held by the police for the fire victims.
According to him, in addition to distributing social assistance, INP also collected various aspirations and complaints from the fire victims, particularly regarding important documents that were also destroyed in the fire, to assist in the handling and recovery process.
"In addition to conducting community service today, we also heard complaints from the affected residents," said Agus after speaking with the fire victims of Kemayoran Gempol, Jakarta, Monday (6/8/2026).
To accommodate the community's needs, the police have set up a special service post to assist the public in re-processing various administrative documents affected by the fire.
"The post is already in place, and we hope we can provide prompt assistance to ensure proper service. This includes driver's licenses (SIM), vehicle registration certificates (STNK), vehicle registration certificates (BPKB), and other documents," added Agus.
The document processing process will be streamlined, including administrative requirements, to prevent the public from experiencing difficulties after losing documents in the fire.
