Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)’s Division of Profession and Security reiterated its commitment to continuous reform and quality service as it celebrated its 23rd anniversary on Friday (17/10/2025).

Inspector General Abdul Karim, the Head of the Division, acknowledged that the division has room for improvement. 

“On behalf of the division, I sincerely apologize for any shortcomings in our service. This anniversary is a reminder to serve the public better,” he said in a statement, as quoted by antaranews.com

Chief Abdul Karim emphasized that the Division will continue to strengthen professionalism, discipline, accuracy, and ethics in its internal oversight role, ensuring accountability and maintaining public trust in the police institution.

The Division;s duties include enforcing discipline and ethics within the police force, handling public complaints on misconduct, and safeguarding internal integrity. Indonesians citizens and residents can file reports via the Propam Presisi app, official hotlines, or by visiting police offices nationwide.
