inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Provincial Government has opened a 2026 Eid Allowance (THR) Post from March 2 to 27 to provide consultation and complaint services regarding THR payments for workers ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
The Head of the Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency, Syaripudin, stated that the post aims to help ensure that workers' rights are met in accordance with applicable regulations.
"Through this service, workers and companies can also obtain clarification regarding the provisions of THR, the calculation mechanism, and the procedure for submitting complaints if problems arise during the implementation," explained Syaripudin on Friday (3/6/2026).
Those wishing to consult regarding THR can call 0823-5370-1464. Complaints can be submitted to 0821-8501-7080.
In addition, information regarding the post's services can be accessed through https://poskothr.kemnaker.go.id. The THR Post is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB, and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM WIB.
Syaripudin hopes the post will encourage companies to comply with their THR payment obligations on time.
"This way, industrial relations between workers and companies can be maintained harmoniously, dynamically, and fairly in the lead-up to Eid al-Fitr," said Head of the Office, Syaripudin.
