inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The visit of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 17th July, 2024 has successfully birthed several agreements on bilateral cooperation that is beneficial for both states and business actors.

The agreement between the Indonesian and UAE governments was later announced in front of President Jokowi and President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (MbZ) at Qasr Al Watan.

The agreements are:

Agreement between Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia and Eagle Hills regarding Improving the Tourism Ecosystem through Collaboration with State-Owned Enterprise Assets in the Airport and Logistics, Services (Hospitality) and Tourism Destination Sectors;
Agreement between Dubai International Financial Centre Authority and Nusantara Capital City Authority;
Agreement between Indonesia Comnets Plus and Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC-Masdar regarding Joint Study of Solar Rooftops in Indonesia;
Agreement between Emirates Nuclear Energy Company of the United Arab Emirates and the National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Cooperation in the Field of Nuclear Power Generation to Support the PEA and Indonesia's Nuclear Program;
Agreement between Mohamed Bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund of the United Arab Emirates with the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed and Joko Widodo Establishment Project of the International Mangrove Research Center in Bali, Republic of Indonesia;
Agreement between Indonesian Ministry of Finance and BEA Ministry of Finance related to Public Financial Management;
Agreement between Bank Indonesia and PEA Central Bank (UAECB) regarding Payment System Cooperation; And
Cooperation on the Field of Maritime Patrol Aircraft and Anti-Submarine Aircraft.
