Tolikara - Papua Regional Police now has a new programme named "Kasuari", a programme of Police the Farmer's Friend. Police Inspector 1st Class Widada and his five personnel on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 10.00 local time, visited the farm owned by Mrs Dina Kogoya in Ampera village, Karubaga district. The cultivator farming group warmly welcomed this visit. The visitation purpose was to check vegetable farms planted by the farmer, in which the seeds are from the Community Development Unit of Tolikara Departmental Police in Kasuari and Police the Farmer's Friend programme. They also repaired the vines medium of green mustard, long beans, and tomatoes and also planted another green mustard. The farmer thanked the seeds from the Noken Community Development Task Force because some commodities planted can now be harvested. The vegetable seeds from the Community Development Task Force could make the farmer harvested its vegetable and sell it every month and save some of them as the seed for the next planting season, such as chickpeas, long beans, and tomatoes.
