East Kutai Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Fauzan Arianto, emphasized that the 2026 Ketupat Mahakam Service Post is part of the police's commitment to ensuring public safety and security during the homecoming period. This service post is one of the strategic points prepared to support smooth traffic flow while providing a sense of security and comfort for people passing through the East Kutai area.

In addition to serving as a security center, he said, this post also provides facilities for travelers who want to rest for a while to avoid fatigue during travel. Joint personnel from the police, military, the Transportation Agency, health workers, and other relevant agencies are on standby to provide the best service.
