A total of three regional police (Polda) have implemented mobile ETLE, they are the Central Java Police, North Sumatra Police, and South Sumatra Police. The Head of Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the National Police (Polri), Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi, said that not all regions have implemented ETLE mobile because the equipment for ETLE is quite expensive. "First, ETLE is definitely not free and it is expensive," said the Two-Star General. Meanwhile, the Head of the Sub Directorate for Violation Enforcement (Subdit Dakgar) of the Directorate of Law Enforcement (Ditgakkum) Korlantas Polri, Commissioner Made Agus Prasatya explained that some of these ETLE mobiles use a cellphone camera and there is also a camera that is installed on the dashboard of the police patrol car.
