Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck southeast of Pacitan, East Java, on Saturday at 7.16 am, according to the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).
The agency reported that the epicenter was located at coordinates 10.33 South Latitude and 111.12 East Longitude. The seismic event was centered approximately 239 kilometers southeast of Pacitan and occurred at a shallow depth of 10 kilometers.

The agency noted in its disclaimer that the initial release prioritizes speed, meaning the early data processing is not yet fully stable and remains subject to changes as more telemetry data becomes available. No immediate damages or casualties were reported following the minor tremor.
