Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) pledges to continue combatting land mafias to bolster both security and investor trust.
Firstly, he highlighted the urgent need to enhance the electronic certification system for a more efficient and sustainable approach.
"The directive from Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency for the period of June 15, 2022, to February 21, 2024, Mr. Hadi Tjahjanto, is received loud and clear for us to continue combating land mafias," said Minister AHY on Wednesday (21/2/2024).
He also received directives from President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo regarding electronic certificates, seen as a solution to address land disputes and illicit activities by land mafias. Lastly, he remains dedicated to achieving the 120 million parcels target under the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.
"In addition to emphasizing justice, as highlighted by Mr. Hadi yesterday, we aim for the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/BPN to embody its ethos of being service-oriented, professional, and trustworthy, crucial for bolstering economic growth," he stressed.
He concluded by underlining the necessity of legal certainty for investors, stating, "Ensuring legal certainty is crucial for investors. Our aim is to provide comfort for investors, promoting economic growth and reducing poverty and unemployment."
