Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A viral Facebook post claiming Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia announced a price drop for Pertamax to Rp10,500 per liter is false.

"The pricing of non-subsidized fuel like Pertamax is determined based on current market rates," Minister Bahlil said during the broadcast, while confirming that subsidized fuels like Pertalite and Biosolar remain unchanged to protect public purchasing power.
State-owned energy company PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has not issued any official updates regarding new fuel price adjustments.
