National Police Ensures Data and Security System is Safe After Brazillian Hacker's Attacks

inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. National Police Headquarter ensures that data in the institution is safe after alleged hacks by a Brazillian hacker with Twitter account name @son1x666. The hacking incident was viral on social media a while ago. Chief of PR Division of National Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, said that the server, data, apps, and security system of National Police are all now safe. "The point is, for servers, data, apps, and security system of National Police are all now safe", Chief of PR Division of National Police said after being confirmed on Saturday (20/11/2021). However, he cannot further explain the suspicion of Police personnel data leaked by the hacker on social media. For now, the Directorate of Cyber Offences of the Criminal Investigation Agency of National Police is still investigating to know and hunt the hacker. "(The cases) is being handled by the Directorate of Cyber Offences of the Criminal Investigation Agency. We will give you info if there are some updates", he said. As information, a hacker named son1x claimed to break the National Police data containing private information. He shared this in a photo he uploaded.
