Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) personnel of Merauke Departmental Police advises people of Merauke regency to get vaccinated in a mass vaccination event held by Jayawijaya Departmental Police at the Pratama Clinic of Medicine and Health Agency of Merauke Departmental Police on Sunday (26/12). In the event, Binmas Noken personnel invite the unvaccinated people to come to the vaccination outlet of Merauke Departmental Police to get a free vaccine. Chief of Regional Coordinator of Merauke of Binmas Noken, Police Commissioner Attendant Makruf Suroto, stated that Police accompanied the vaccinator team from the Departmental Police to invite and give understanding to the people to be willing to get vaccinated to enhance body immunity from the danger of Covid-19. "We provide understanding to the people not to be afraid to get vaccinated because the vaccine is important to protect themselves from Covid-19. It is also important as it is one of the inter-region travel requirements", he said. Besides the advice, Binmas Noken personnel also handed over gifts to the vaccinated people in the form of rice and other basic necessities.
