In that activity, the head of Binmas Noken, Police Commissioner Attendant Harbani Paruki, helps in opening new farmland for the Honailama village farming group, which has been fostered by Binmas Noken of the Indonesian National Police and gave means of contact to be utilised at the farmland. Head of the Honailama Satu village farmland of Wamena district and local chieftain, Karlos Hubi, feels happy and thank the Binmas Noken personnel that helped open the new farmland. "I express my deep gratitude to the Binmas Noken who wants to cooperate with local people of Honailama Satu village in the agriculture field and still want to cooperate with Indonesian National Police to keep the security situation in Honailama Satu village", he said. "Thank you for Binmas Noken's activity. (I hope) this activity can improve Honailama Satu village's reputation in the eye of the regency, province, and, perhaps, central government", Mr Karlos said.
