Panca Putra, led the 2022 North Sumatra Regional Police Development Plan Meeting, held at Le Polonia Hotel Medan, Thursday (4/8/22). With the theme "Precise North Sumatran Police Support Productivity Improvement for Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation", and will be held from 4-5 August 2022. He hit the gong 5 times which marked the opening of the 2022 North Sumatra Regional Police Development Plan Meeting. Then the event followed by the awarding of six North Sumatran Police personnel who excelled. On this occasion, he asked the personnel who are responsible in formulating the plan able to formulate a good plan so that the results of activities are right on the target. "Good planning will get perfect results, because 80% of the success of the organization is determined by good planning," said the former North Sulawesi Police Chief. Furthermore, he said that the Head Units and the Head Regional Units already knew what the government's program was and the preparation of the plan must be thought thoroughly to support future activities. "Various indicators of work planning must be synergized with the government's work plan," continued the North Sumatran Police Chief. "Through this meeting, it is hoped that we will be able to realize a precise North Sumatran Regional Police that supports increased productivity for an inclusive and sustainable economic transformation," concluded the Two-Star General.
