Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Regional Police have confirmed they are following the guidance issued by the House of Representatives (DPR) Commission III, which oversees legal affairs, in handling the dismissal case involving Second Inspector Rudy Soik.
The Indonesian National Police (INP) Head of Public Relations Division, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, emphasized that the NTT Police Chief, Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang, is acting in accordance with established regulations.
“The NTT Police Chief is executing instructions as per current procedures. His actions represent the outcomes discussed in the recent meeting with Commission III,” he said on Tuesday (29/10/2024).
Chief Sandi further noted that existing protocols guide case handling, and the process is ongoing.
“The NTT Police Chief will certainly consider inputs from Commission III,” he added.
The meeting between NTT Police Chief Daniel Monang and Second Inspector Rudy Soik with the DPR Commission III took place on Tuesday, during which they discussed key issues surrounding Rudy’s case.
