The South Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, emphasized the importance of strengthening internal solidarity and synergy between officers to maintain Public Order and Security. He delivered this strong message at the opening of the 2026 South Sumatra Police Chief's Cup Shooting Championship.

This competition was held to commemorate the 80th Bhayangkara Day. This activity served not only as a contest of skill but also as a means of strengthening relationships.

Sandi emphasized that the challenge of maintaining regional stability cannot be tackled alone.

"If the apparatus is united, the internal police are solid, and the relationship with the Regional Leadership Communication Forum is strong, then we can jointly eliminate those who wish to disrupt or create unrest in this nation. We must not be easily provoked," explained Sandi on Wednesday (7/15/2026).

He also highlighted the importance of eliminating sectoral egos by prioritizing a collaborative philosophy in every aspect of police work.

"We must realize that in this police force, we are not 'Superman' who can do everything alone. Instead, we are building a 'Super Team.' With togetherness and good communication, there is nothing difficult that we cannot solve," he said.
