Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. State toll road operator PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) recorded 99,109 vehicles passing through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate toward the Trans-Java region during the recent May Day long weekend. 

This traffic volume, tracked from 30 April to 2 May 2026, represents a 7.61% increase compared to normal conditions of approximately 92,096 vehicles.

"The volume of traffic passing through the Cikatama Toll Gate increased by about 7.61 percent," said Ria Marlinda Paallo, the Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal at PT JTT, on Sunday (3/5/2026), as cited by antaranews.com. 

She also noted that Jakarta-bound traffic rose by 5.49% during the same period.

Significant spikes were also observed in East Java, where traffic toward Malang via the Kejapanan Utama gate surged by 27.12%. In Central Java, the Banyumanik gate saw an 8.5% rise in volume toward Solo. Jasa Marga urges motorists to ensure vehicle readiness, check electronic toll balances, and prioritize safety during high-volume periods to avoid travel disruptions.
