inp.polri.go.id - The West Sulawesi Regional Police (Polda Sulbar) dismantled the diesel hoarding gang by modifying the tank and using jerry cans. From this disclosure, the police confiscated a total of about 6.2 tons of diesel fuel in Lombang-Lombang Hamlet, Mamuju Regency. The disclosure of this case was carried out by the Sub-Directorate of the Directorate of Special Crimes Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of Polda Sulbar. Three people were arrested by investigators, namely FAP (31), UP (35), and SG (19), and all of them are from Mamuju. Head of the Public Relations Division (Kabid Humas) of Polda Sulbar, Commissioner Syamsu Ridwan said, "We followed and arrest the suspects at the place where they put the diesel fuel," said Kabid Humas on Sunday (10/04/22).’ This disclosure began with a patrol by the sub-directorate personnel on Saturday at 23.00 WITA. The patrols passed in front of the Kalukku gas station and saw several people using pick-up cars filling the fuel with a jerry can. After being followed, they headed to one of the houses in Ds Lombang-lombang as their fuel storage. They are currently under investigation and the evidence that was secured was 158 jerry cans containing subsidized diesel, 5 drums of diesel fuel, 1 unit of pick-up car, and 1 tank made of iron assemblies.
