Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Drug Investigation Unit of Bekasi Sub-regional Metro Police secured a meth courier with the initials of MH. Head of the unit, Superintendent Farlin Lumban Toruan says that the suspect was arrested after the police went undercover and met with MH on Friday (4/12/2024).

“From the undercover buy, police acquired the evidence of 0.77 kilogram of meth,” said Farlin on Wednesday (4/17/2024).

Farlin furthermore says that police continue developing the case by raiding the suspect’s house in Limus Nunggal Village. From the search, police found 10 kilogram meth packaged into 19 small and large packages.

For his action, the suspect will be charged with Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 Paragraph 2 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, with the minimum penalty of five years and a maximum of 20 years of imprisonment.
