Inp.polri.go.id – Central Sulawesi. The Indonesian National Police's Special Detachment 88 (Densus 88) Anti-Terror Unit arrested another terrorist in Central Sulawesi. The raid operation successfully arrested seven terrorists.

“True, there was a raid operation,” said the unit spokesperson, Senior Superintendent Aswin Siregar to the reporters on Thursday (4/18/2024).

The seven terrorists allegedly are linked to a terrorist group of Jemaah Islamiyah (JI). However the roles of each suspect are still not yet revealed.

According to him, as of now police are still conducting investigation towards the seven suspects.

“The details will be conveyed by our PR. As of now, investigators are examining the suspects intensively,” said Aswin.
