inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) trial sentenced the Head of Sub-directorate III of Metro Jaya Regional Police Drugs Investigation Directorate, Superintendent Malvino Edward Yusticia, to be dismissed without honor. The decision was related to the extortion of Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) visitors from Malaysia.

“To the violator under the name of MEY, he is to be dismissed without honor from the Indonesian National Police (INP) force,” says the Head of Public Information Bureau of INP, Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko in a press conference at the TNCC Building, South Jakarta on Thursday (1/2/2025).

Trunoyudo explains that Malvino Edward Yusticia and his colleague randomly picked the visitors of the DWP concert for a drug test. Whether they were tested positive or not, the report says they were threatened to detain them if the ransom was not paid.

"Administrative sanctions in the form of placement in a special place for six days starting from December 27th, 2024 to January 2nd, 2025," he said.

Malvino also stated that he would file an appeal against the decision.
