INP.POLRI.GO.ID, Jakarta - The police are investigating a report suspecting that a house on Antarasari Road in Cilandak, South Jakarta had been shot. Residents filed a report to the Cilandak Police Station after they found a piece of metal and glass fragments from the house's broken window on Tuesday evening, October 11.

Cilandak Police chief Comr. Multazam said that it is not yet certain whether the metal object is a bullet or not. However, he said, the police have followed up on the report and carried out crime scene investigation as well as questioned witnesses.

"The piece of metal found is being examined by the forensics laboratory team," Multazam said on Wednesday, October 13.

Multazam said that no one was injured during the incident.

The police are now looking into CCTV footage as well as collecting more evidence to determine what exactly happened and who fired the bullet, if it indeed was.

"We are still searching, the process is still ongoing. Please give us time and prayers so that the case can be explained," he said.
