inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police have scheduled the questioning of Giovanni Surya Saputra, also known as DJ Panda, this week. The questioning is related to the alleged threats and distribution of personal data against Erika Carlina.

"DJ Panda will be questioned on October 15th," said the Head of the Youth, Children, and Women Sub-Directorate of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate, Police Assistant Superintendent Iskandarsyah, on Monday (10/13/2025).

Iskandarsyah emphasized that this is the first summons for DJ Panda after the case status was officially raised from an investigation to a preliminary inquiry. The questioning will also be conducted in his capacity as a witness.

"Yes, (DJ Panda is still) a witness," he explained.

Previously reported, this case was escalated to investigation after the police found criminal elements in the report filed by Erika Carlina on July 19, 2025. The report was registered with the number LP/B/5027/VII/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.
