inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) continues to strengthen the quality of public services through the use of digital technology.

One way to do this is by providing easy, fast, and responsive services through the Police SuperApp, which is integrated with various police services, including the Police 110 emergency service.

Through the Police SuperApp, the public can access various police services on a single platform more conveniently. The police 110 hotline service feature also makes it easier for the public to submit reports or request police assistance quickly.

The 110 hotline service has been rolled out down to the regional level, including the Sector Police level. With this integrated system, every public report can be forwarded and followed up by the police according to the region and the needs of the handling.

The Head of the Public Relations Division of INP, Inspector General Johnny Edison Isir, stated that strengthening digital-based services is part of police's efforts to ensure the public receives increasingly easy and fast police services.

"We continue to strive to provide easily accessible, fast, and responsive services. Through the Police SuperApp, the public can utilize various police services on one platform, including the 110 hotline service, which has been integrated down to the Sector Police level," said Isir, Sunday (8/9/2026).

According to him, the 110 hotline service is an important tool that allows the public to communicate directly with the police when they need assistance or to convey information regarding situations that require the presence of officers.

"The most important thing is that the public no longer experiences difficulties when requiring police services. With an integrated system, reports or needs from the public can be received and forwarded to the appropriate authorities and those closest to them for immediate action," he explained.

He added that the use of technology in police services is also part of polcie's efforts to build closer communication with the public. The public is not only a recipient of services, but also has the opportunity to participate in maintaining security and order.
