Job seekers are encouraged to continuously improve their skills and build economic independence to face the challenges of the job industries. This effort was realized by Pasma through the Poliran program at the Bali Provincial Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) for the Industry and Tourism Vocational Training Center on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
This program demonstrates police's concern for people seeking employment and improving their well-being. Through this face-to-face meeting, it is hoped that the local community will be further motivated to rise above and take advantage of employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Improving skills and readiness to enter the workforce is crucial in facing employment challenges. Collaboration between various parties is also necessary to ensure that the community has access to opportunities that can support economic independence.
In addition to encouraging community development, Pasma also conveyed messages of public security and order. The public was encouraged to play an active role in maintaining security and working together to maintain a safe and conducive situation in Bali.
Through the Poliran program, the Bali Regional Police strive to demonstrate that their presence is not solely focused on maintaining security and order. Concern for social issues is also part of efforts to build relationship trust with the public.
This program is expected to encourage the community to become more independent and productive, while strengthening shared concern for the environment. Thus, synergy between the police and the community can be maintained in supporting a safe and prosperous social life.
