It is not surprising that the findings of narcotics in Indonesia are still huge, even though the arrests of dealers, distributors, and users continue to be intensively carried out by the Police. Sunday, (10/07/22).
Just a few days ago, the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the National Police (Polri) confiscated 179 kg of cocaine in Banten. Previously the Police also confiscated other cocaine on Anambas Island, Riau Islands.
At almost the same time, the Police also raided Bocos Village, Palmerah Jakarta, and confiscated crystal methamphetamine there. So that it can be said that in one week the Police have already done big arrests.
Communications expert, Rahmat Edi Irawan sees that we have no other choice when it comes to drugs, but to continue to act decisively and harshly.
"Even with firm act alone, the illegal business of illicit goods is still run rampant. Therefore, if necessary, we must be tougher and firmer, including giving higher penalties in this drug business", he concluded.
