Politica Indicator Survey shows the public trust the Indonesian National Police (INP) would stay neutral during the 2024 General Election after a survey from October 17th-21st, 2023. "The majority, 83.5%, feels Police is neutral in preparing the 2024 General Elections," says the main researcher Burhanuddin Muhtadi in his written statement on Monday (11/6/2023). He also reveals that the public is sure that the police would ensure the 2024 General Election would be going smoothly and peacefully. "The majority, 84.6%, considers police has been working wonderfully in safeguarding and preparing 2024 General Elections," he says. According to the survey, Muhtadi asked INP to maintain the high public trust. It is hoped that the the upcoming elections would be going smoothly and accordingly. (ad/ay/pr/nm)
