Inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. Vice Minister of Communication and Informatics, Nezar Patria says according to survey, public is still vulnerable with information disruptions amidst the 2024 Elections. The disruption could affect people’s trust in state democracy, election management institutions, and election administration.
“The survey result could be a reflection for all parties about the importance of fighting against information disruption to support 2024 peaceful election,” says Nezar in his official statement on Wednesday (10/18/2023).
“The survey shows social media holds the most vital role as the medium of politic discussion ahead 2024 Election,” adds Nezar.
He conveys the Communication and Informatics Ministry seeks to overcome the information disruption in digital space for safe 2024 election.
Nezar assess that the election would be the reflection of state maturity in democracy through healthy digital space.
“Let us realize a healthy digital space to support 2024 Peaceful Election,” conclude Nezar.
