inp.polri.go.id - Palangka Raya. Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Iwan Kurniawan together with Governor H. Agustiar Sabran carried out the third quarter corn harvest, in Anjir Village, Kahayan Hilir District, Pulang Pisau Regency (Pulpis), Saturday (9/27/2025).
This harvest activity was also carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia, led directly by the Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, accompanied by the Minister of Food Zulkifli Hasan, based in East Oku, South Sumatra Province.
On that occasion, Chief Iwan expressed his appreciation for the implementation of this corn harvest as a form of commitment to supporting national food sovereignty.
"What we are doing is a very positive program. Because, this activity is an effort to support the national food security program as launched by President Prabowo," said Iwan.
Chief Iwan hopes that this rice harvest activity will also be a momentum for farmers to get assistance and support from various parties.
"With support from all parties, it is hoped that agriculture in the Central Kalimantan region can develop better in the future," he concluded.
