inp.polri.go.id- Jakarta. The Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Public Relations, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi stated that the total number of foster children at the Darussalam An'nur Orphanage in Kunciran Indah, Pinang, Tangerang City, is 18.

Ade had explaineds  that the orphanage was involved in a sexual harassment case against a number of its foster children with three suspects have been identified. Among them are S, the owner of the orphanage, YB (30) as the caregiver, and YA (28) who is now on the run.

Most recently, 13 foster children have been transferred to the Tangerang City Social Service.

"Then three other foster children are taken care of by the volunteers. Because this foundation or orphanage receives operational support from donors, there is one toddler who is currently being cared for at the Ministry of Social Affairs, and one other toddler has been returned to his family," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Regional Police.

The Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya also added that 13 foster children were also given psychological assistance, 8 of whom were victims of sexual abuse.
