inp.polri.go.id - The Traffic Directorate of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police has begun testing, socializing, and adding electronic traffic law enforcement (ETLE) equipment, in an effort to enforce the law in the road and reduce the number of accidents.
This was explained by the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Law Enforcement at the Traffic Directorate of the Central Sulawesi Police, Commissioner Hasanuddin. He explained that currently they are still conducting trials and socialization related to electronic ticketing in the community, by installing warning boards around the ETLE location.
"A warning board has been installed around the camera location," he explained.
In addition, they also added ETLE at several points in the Palu City area, which currently has four ETLE points. The location is on Sam Ratulangi street, Jalan Gajah Mada street and two points on Moh. Yamin street.
He hoped that all drivers can be more pay attention and adhere to the traffic law by driving safely.
"With the reduction in violations, the number of traffic accidents will also decrease. So that an orderly society and traffic safety can be realized," he concluded.
