inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Minister of Manpower Yassierli indicated that the announcement regarding the provision of holiday bonuses (BHR) for online motorcycle taxi driver partners will be made simultaneously with the SE regarding Eid allowances (THR) for workers.
"We'll announce it later. Yes, at the same time, BHR, THR, and so on," said Yassierli at a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday (2/25/2026).
Furthermore, Yassierli said that the government is currently communicating with app-based transportation service companies operating in Indonesia.
Regarding the progress of the drafting of the SE BHR, Yassierli said that his party is currently coordinating closely with the Ministry of State Secretariat.
The BHR itself was first introduced through the Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of Manpower No. M/3/HK.04.00/III/2025 concerning the Provision of Religious Holiday Bonuses in 2025 for Drivers and Couriers in Application-Based Transportation Services, which was issued in March 2025.
In last year's Minister of Manpower Circular Letter regarding BHR, the bonus is given proportionally according to performance in the form of cash with a calculation of 20 percent of the average monthly net income over the past 12 months to productive and well-performing application-based drivers and couriers.
In addition, the disbursement of BHR also follows applicable regulations, namely that it must be provided by the company no later than seven days before Eid al-Fitr.
